converting piano accompanyment/voice music to piano solo?

Hi, I just recently purchased a Clavinova 380 and love it. I havent played in 30+yrs but have taken to it like a fish in a pond! I love it more now than when a kid b/c I am playing a lot of music i want to play. HOwever, most of the music I keep picking comes in piano accompanyment to voice arrangements and I'd really like to play the melody/voice part too but I dont have a third hand! How can one convert or at least play the melody along w/the bass so the song is more recognizable?
