got the cable and connected it to pc and keyboard but not able to transfer files. Have downloaded musicsoft downloader as well but no luck.

Comment hi there. im also having the same problem as you and was wondering whether you had figured out how to do it yet as im stumped! have downloaded all the software needed but it just wont recognise my connection.
