Connecting Yamaha P70 with GarageBand through Midi

I have a P70 keyboard, an apple computer with GarageBand and an M-Audio Midi connector cable.

My question is: I can get the music I play to register in the Garage Band, but with no sound at all. Do I need to download something to make it work? I read on-line that the P70 would not work at all. I hope I did not purchase the wrong piano.

I also own a yamaha p-70. if you were trying to use it with the m-audio UNO interface...save your time, it won't work. It's not garage band, or your piano (i love mine), it's the worthless interface, trash it and get one capable of supporting yamaha pianos.
