Connecting keyboard to pc

I have a DGX-505 and want to record what im playing to the computer. I'm running Win7, and have Adobe Master Collection and think i can use the Soundbooth to record.

Whats the best way to connect it without latancy issus?

I'v tried the phones socket and usb but must be doing something wrong.

Any help would be appreciated,

Tooooo long to type it here.
It is one for 'dummy's (it was to a friend).
I think you are transferring midi-signal and that is not audible as such.
