Can my keyboard be hooked up to my computer to print music being played?

Yes Betty you can,

However you need software for it to be installed.
There a plenty free or trial versions on the internet.
I use the old Yamaha-program XG-Works for it.
In short: You save your song on the keyboard (that is in midi-format) copy that to whatever medium your keyboard has, floppy, USB-stick.
Put that in the computer, call it up in the program and you can print any track you like or the whole 'partiture'.
