Clunking Sound In Keys As I Play???

I just purchased the Yamaha DGX-630 and although there's still MUCH to learn, I think I love it! However, I've just discovered what I would describe as a "clunking" sounds -especially in the right-hand notes- as I play. I even noticed it as I played along with Lesson 2 of the "Hallelujah Chorus", when there were other sounds being added. Is this normal for the keyboard? Thanks so much! ~Mandy

Dear Mandy: Try a Reset (Initializing) by first pressing on the last White key to your right AND TURN ON THE KEYBOARD WHILE DOING THIS. It might restore your keyboard to normal play. If it does not, press the last White key AND LAST THREE BLACK KEYS to your Right AND TURN ON THE KEYBOARD WHILE DOING THIS.
If neither of these actions work, waste no further time and return the unit while it is still under guarantee. Hope this helps. Good luck.
