Clavinova Sticking Keys

I have a Clavinova I purchased new in 2001. For the past year and a half the keys are sticking in greater and greater numbers and severity. I understand that's a known defect and Yamaha is prepared to help me get it fixed, right?

Please advise me.

Dear Stephen: I have read that some models do indeed have the problem you describe. I recommened you contact Yamaha.com and ask them if the unit you own (be sure to provide model and serial number) is one which qualifies for any redress. Good luck.
