Clavinova CVP 5 - Out of tune

I have a Clavinova CVP 5. and all the keys are an eighth step sharp. i tried messing with the transpose switch but it just transposes it a half step and then that note is still an eighth step sharp. is there a reset button or anyway i can fix this? it feels like a problem with the sample. they sound a little funny too. thanks for your time. hope this makes sense.

There is a fine tune knob on the back panel that you can use to bring it back to normal pitch.

Ah, pretty likely to be the headphone socket. If the lead gets snagged once too often, they tend to mess up inside.
It's not a huge task to fix but needs someone who knows how.
If it ain't that, it starts getting costly but output stage bits are still available. If you get really out of your depth, email me via pbsong.com and I'll see if I know a tech local to you.
