Clavinova CLP 240 /230 Only Piano 1 Voice can be played - why?

We have a Yamaha Clavinova CLP 230 which worked well for 1 year; My kids were experimenting with different voices (who knows what combinations they tried) and now only the grand piano 1 voice works. My wife recalls a error code being displayed - but we can't recall the code. Any thoughts on what we can do other than call service?

Yes

We called Schmitt music - where we purchased and the tech there walked my wife through a series of key sequences to fix the issue.

I'll see if I can find the sequence and post it. May take me a day or so.
