Chords

I own a DGX520 and Just love playing my keyboard. Using the accompaniment I can play the first and second versions of chords to change the bass note but how do I get to play a different bass note not part of the chord eg. F in the C chord or B-flat in the F chord. Is this possible on the keyboard?
