Dear Antoine: From perusal of posts left by a few members who have tried, free downloads of "Drives" (CD or other), it seems - at least in the case of Yamaha - that such downloads are either for somewhat older model units, or simply don't work at all.
What I suspect is that for the more current units Yamaha controls their "proprietary rights" and oblige users to buy the corresponding CD's from them. At a charge, their Parts Department will sell the item, and you can try contacting that department. Last known numbers at: (714) 522-9011 or (888) 892-6242 to place an order over the phone via credit card. The telephone lines are open from 8AM to 5PM PST Monday through Friday. If purchasing a part, they accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Be sure to have the Model number of your unit available so that they can provide you with accurate information as quickly as possible.
