Broken key...

My wife has a Yamaha PSR175 and she accidentally knocked over and pulled one of the white keys up. It seems like it should just push back into place but won’t. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Fixing a detached key

Never worked on a Yamaha keyboard but if the key mechanics are anything like Roland's there is probably a spring that must be attached to the back of the key. You have to remove the top cover to re-attach the spring if the "hook" part isn't broken. Use a needle nose plyers.
